While he is a crucial part of our team and I couldn’t be more grateful for him, I can’t expect him to do what is contrary to his nature.

When a driven woman waits around for permission, censors her truth with her partner, and ‘lets’ the man lead, she sacrifices her soul. Before long, the relationship she has will be hanging on by a thread 🧵 because she’ll be constantly playing emotional tug of war with her partner. And both the man and the woman will suffer. 😔
