I’ve been feeling into the current vibration, and I want to share with you something I recently channeled. Many things are coming up right now and people are experiencing intense emotions as a result. Remember this, Diva: you are rising to a whole new level. This journey is big, I know, and sometimes it’s scary — and I totally get that. Sometimes the polarities of lightness and darkness rise up within us to present us with the opportunity to look at what we need to transform.

If you truly want to have compassion for others, you must first have it for yourself.

One of the greatest teachings I discovered on my journey that has helped me as a coach, priestess and mentor is to understand human psychology… to understand how we f*ck ourselves over, lie to ourselves, get triggered and twist and transmute stories that end up not even relating to the topic or person.

The blame and shame must stop, Diva! Take responsibility for your actions and hold fierce, loving compassion for yourself. Forgive yourself and learn from your errors because we all make mistakes; we are always growing.

The minute you have love and compassion for your divine self and see the holiness in all the rage, sorrow and grief, you have liberation, transformation and alchemy!
