Hi divine one,

Just three years ago I was pretty much broke.

My clients were thriving, but I was over-giving and under-earning in my business and life. It was hell.

Even though I‘ve been featured in Instyle, Vogue, Cosmo, Huffington Post, Body and Soul magazine, and appeared on the Steve Harvey Show, none of that exposure really did anything for my bank balance in the long term.

Why? Because I didn’t have the structure or the strategy in place to truly monetize my brilliance.

When it came to starting my coaching business and working from a spiritual position, selling my services, my sacred healing and business strategy and myself as a brand, it was a roller-coaster ride of feast and famine for many years.

It took me years of struggling in my coaching business to realize that something had to change. The stress was killing me. I was shattered, overwhelmed, and just so freaking over the hustle. My health was in the toilet. And it became obvious to me that my money karma drama and lack of self-value were running the show and pretty much costing me everything.

I then gave birth to my divine daughter, and something in me changed. I woke up. I had to. I was over my stuff. I was over myself. I was over my shame, blame and victimhood. I was done with the struggle. I was done with economic uncertainty. I was done with hiding and disowning my voice and power. So done.

I remember being in hospital having just given birth to my daughter Aria, and I was still on client calls with nothing much to show for it! This is what I call the ‘people pleaser, good girl syndrome’, and it makes you broke, sick and ready to give up! I spent years going around in circles … over working but with no real financial rewards for my efforts.

I hit rock bottom not long afterwards when my husband lost his job, and I realized I could barely afford to pay $40 a week for a babysitter. 😂

So I did something radical.
✅I increased my fees 20 fold.
✅I detoxed my stinky thinking.
✅I upped my mystical mojo.
✅And I overhauled my sales strategy and went for gold. 💫💫💫👸🙌

I had to release any shame I had around charging for my gifts.

I cleared my money karma drama, and went from hustling to sell $150 sessions to initially selling $6K packages, then $20K packages and onwards to build my million dollar empire! I now have clients and students from all over the world and a groundbreaking business and soul program, High-End Empire, that I adore teaching. 🙌👸💟

He stole my company from me!

I had it all. The hot pad in SOHO. The clothes, the friends and many, many boyfriends :-).

I was a CEO of a rocking company. I had THE LIFE, and then it was gone.

 

 

When I decided that I was going to build my Ingrid Arna healing and business coaching empire, I had to let go of the fact that I had to start from scratch after losing my NYC-based clothing company, Bodylove.

To do this, I had to stop the self attack and remember just how much I had to offer! I had to claim my vision and remember who the F#CK I was. I had to see the GIFT in that horrific experience and forgive myself for allowing a dodgy lawyer to steamroll me and steal my company. I had to forgive and release him and see that I would not have let this happen had I trusted myself more to begin with.

Fear was running my choices and that could no longer be my way!

I learnt a truck load about people, life and business from that experience so instead of giving up on myself for the LOSS of Bodylove, I started to love and honor the lessons! That F#CK UP taught me to listen to my gut and how to start over with zero.

The most important lesson I learned was that fear will take you by the hand and lead you to make very poor choices if you give it the power. I realized that I was the only person in my business that was indispensable. So, I picked myself off the ground, ditched my anxiety and got back in the game of life! I had to remember that I was the woman who had raised over $350K for my startup with gusto and courage. I was the one who had Kate Winslet endorse my brand and celebrities wearing my clothes! I had done all that. I wasn’t weak or not enough. I was powerful.

It’s time to forgive yourself and all others, if you want to be rich, lit up and on fire!

When we are deeply angry, sad, defeated and stuck in the sabotaging confines of a story, we trap ourselves in old karma wounds. The cycle repeats for years and years and years! YES, you know it. Sometimes for decades. F#CK, I should know … and all it does is keep our anguish and our inner victim running the show!

It’s SH#T.

It makes it almost impossible to grow and prosper with GRACE when we are stuck in old trauma! So let’s undo that NOW.

I you want to live a life of mediocrity, then continue telling yourself the same stories and keep doing what you’re doing now. If you want to live your most beautiful, bold and brilliant potential, then I invite you to forgive everything and everyone (yes, even yourself) that’s holding you back, and, in doing so, become a clear channel to change the direction of your life forever! Change your story. Change your life. Catherine Ponder says, ‘When you hold resentment toward another, you are bound to that person or condition by an emotional link that is stronger than steel’.

Forgiveness is a powerful way to dissolve that link, free yourself and instantly raise your frequency.

If you forgave yourself and LOVED yourself deeply, how would that feel?

If you forgave all the mistakes and perceived failures and liberated yourself from your story, I promise you’d be a new woman! New ideas, people and ways of seeing the world would embrace you, as you began to change the fiber of your being!

Forgiveness is like a VITAMIN and it works miraculously to allow in more faith, freedom and financial wellbeing because you give yourself the power to start again without deep regret.

And this, of course, doesn’t stop with self forgiveness. Who else do you need to forgive in order to liberate yourself from your past, diva.

I can tell you one thing for sure: if you have to start from zero or even sub-zero, you can absolutely build your empire and become wealthy!

Riches start from within and lie within your ability to be resilient and resourceful, divine one!

To see that, although you’ve made mistakes, you are a divine, clear and holy creature who has the power to start over and this is the rocket fuel that will see you blast your life and business into a new dimension. But you must give yourself permission to do so first.

 

 

Chant this repeatedly and enter into a higher vibration of LOVE, BEAUTY AND ABUNDANCE:

I forgive any trespasses against me now.

I release myself from the emotion, energy and experience forever.

I am now living in the energy of PURE LOVE.

I also forgive myself and set myself free from the chains of regret and shame. Woo hoo!

In doing so, I release my attachment to the past and change my future, heal my energy and create the life I really want to live.

I send love and now easily release any energetic ties that drag me down.
