You’re here to serve, you have a generous spirit, and you want to give, give, give from your heart. You want to prosper; you want people to do well; you want your clients to ascend, transform, heal their lives; and you want to share your work…right?
Yes, Diva, giving is beautiful and generosity is so important…
But generosity without boundaries and integrity is incredibly toxic.
The message I’m sharing in this video today is so important if you’re a generous soul who deeply cares for others.
I have many people in my life, including hundreds of students that I mentor. I also constantly have people coming to me and wanting to work with, and for, me. I have to set boundaries because my time is precious, and my work is precious.
If I don’t hold those boundaries, I grossly under-serve my clients, my family, and myself.
Quite simply put…no pay, no play!
I communicate this boundary with love and reference for myself because it’s up to me to be in integrity with myself.
Honoring yourself is non-negotiable if you want to sustain a seven-figure business; otherwise, you become depleted from over-giving and people do not honor and respect you or your time.
I have worked with some of the most brilliant and talented women in the world who give their essence, energy and brilliance away because they want to be generous. This is not the generosity of an ethical diva who is in integrity with herself, though, because she’s putting herself and her own well-being last. In fact, this is self-sacrifice and self-abuse.
You cannot take all of the responsibility for someone else’s transformation.
You are only responsible for your part of the exchange; ultimately, the choice is theirs to ascend.
As you honor yourself and value your work, you begin to attract people who will rise to take responsibility for themselves. When you’re no longer available to people-please and over-give to the point of complete self-destruction, people will stop taking advantage of you.
No one can hold these boundaries for you. When you create boundaries for yourself, you’re actually empowering others to do the same.
In my High-End Empire Divamind, we do 4 classes now a month, and it is my students’ responsibility to show up for those classes. I give double what I promise, but I still cannot be responsible for whether or not each of my clients takes my teaching and does the work to get results.
When I have boundaries with my students and clients, I honor myself, and you know what happens? Life gets richer and juicier.
We’re going through a massive ascension at the moment. I just shot a short video interview with one of my past clients, Randina. She went from $10K to $24K and then onto over half a million—in 6 months. We spoke about people making money quickly online, and the truth is that it takes work, diligence, consistency and the right strategy. But … it is absolutely possible to make a heck load of money as you serve deeply and with great impact (as Randina proves).
And the real blessing? It doesn’t have to be a grind or difficult. So I wanted to share a short video today with you on the key to making the journey pleasure-filled and in alignment with your soul.
Let’s talk about choosing a mentor …
When you’re looking for a mentor, you may find one that triggers or threatens you, but that’s okay because she’s in her power and inviting you to step into yours. It also doesn’t mean that just because someone is in their power that they’re not really loving or coming from their heart. In the chat with Randina, we talked about the word ‘fierce’.
I love that word (it doesn’t trigger me at all). But it’s really interesting in our society that when a woman has decided to claim her voice, power and worth that the word ‘fierce’ is used to describe her.
My vision for women is for us to be fierce in our truth and in our own version of whatever that is. We all have different shades to our wisdom and power, and I have many different shades as well. I focus on coming from absolute love and integrity. The key to building my seven-figure business is honoring my word. This is vital to my personal and business vibration. The flow on effect is enormous for my work in activating my clients and helping them to achieve extraordinary results in their lives.
At the heart of it, ‘A queen needs an empress’.
A mentor who sees your power and can hold your vision when you don’t fully see it or believe it…yet.
So when you’re looking for someone to hold space for you, you want to choose someone who has a higher vibration than you, right?
That doesn’t mean that you’re not going to get there—or that one person is better than the other— but a queen at least needs a queen, if not someone vibrationally in a higher realm.
So you’re looking for someone who’s already done the work on herself; who’s going to hold space for you; who’s not in competition with you; and who wants you to own your full, majestic and divine queen glory so that you can rise up to that empress level, right?
I’m using the archetypal names of Queen and Empress, but an empress is really just a woman who has mastered her craft, who knows how to monetize and reach her audience, and who does it unapologetically. She’s cut a heck load of the karmic threads that have been holding her back and released the conditioning and social conformity that have told us who we are (falsely). I understand because I’ve been there. Most people buy into what people have told them about who they are and their value in the world.
Just be very mindful about who you choose to work with as your mentor.
If you get triggered, it’s probably a divine call for you to up-level and dig deep into that triggering because triggering doesn’t just show up. It is a signpost from our soul about the source of why we keep going around in circles and the key to what needs to be healed, released and loved at this time. So choose someone who knows their craft. End of story.
I just spoke with a woman from the United States—an amazing diva who does TED talks and was a mentor of mine about seven or eight years ago.
Earlier today, I saw something she did online, and I reached out to her because I could see a way for her to make multi-millions from her work. I didn’t pitch myself or offer to work with her, even though she asked me for my offers. I just knew that I could add value to her business.
And how do I do it?
I do it with complete ownership of what I see.
I just said, ‘Oh my God, this is something that can be huge!
You haven’t tapped into the market yet, and this is what you can do. I have referrals to kick you off and the key to building your funnel for this offer.’
And then she asked me how I do this. I told her that with my private clients, I take incredibly talented and inspired products and shape and expand them for a mass audience. I also told her that conscious capitalism is about supporting and helping more people on a global scale—and that you’re only able to do this because you’re making a lot more money, leveraging yourself, and scaling a sustainable and heart-centered business.
So it’s really then about life, love, and real and deep contribution.
And so I take an idea—a great and wonderful product—and blow it out of the water. Right? And the reason I can do it well is because I’ve done it for myself. But it wasn’t always smooth sailing: first I did things the wrong way and struggled before I figured it out. I now have a system that works. Obviously, there’s tweaking and tailoring for individual businesses, but my proven system that monetizes is the foundation.
I’m now attracting clients from the UK, USA and all over the globe. I feel so honored to work with all these amazing women who do incredible work in the world. We’re taking their products out to a bigger audience where even more people can benefit from their knowledge. And it needs to be done with systems, processes, and the right financial revenue, team and vibrational structures.
So you want to always look at things energetically and then strategically because otherwise the whole thing will break, right?
It sounds really wonderful to make more money, but if you don’t have the energetic and financial structures in place, nothing you do will work.. You’ll end up drowning in overwhelm and confusion.
