I made a choice not all that long ago that has changed my life profoundly: I no longer allow other people’s poison to become my poison.

Recently in my Divamind high-end program, we’ve been looking into issues of betrayal. So many of us have been betrayed: by partners, family, other women, coaching clients etc. When we are empaths, we tend to take onboard others’ issues. When someone does something bad or harmful, we see the behavior as our fault in some way—and whether it be emotional, physical or sexual abuse, the effect remains the same. It sends us into believing that we must have done something wrong to deserve the betrayal. This way of processing the behavior must be dissolved!

Diva, it’s time to delve lusciously inwards and ask yourself: am I crucifying myself? Make a sacred vow right now to change this pattern of self-sabotage, to stand your ground, set boundaries and declare that it isn’t acceptable any longer! Then send yourself love and look deeply into where you may be poisoning your life, frequency and energy by absorbing someone else’s beliefs and making them your truth.

Ultimately, someone could call me a ‘moron’, and it’s my choice to determine whether I’m going to take it onboard or not.

This is where you rise, Diva. Trust and back yourself. Trust in your vision and where you’re going. Establish strong boundaries, Diva! Stand in your lush power and say:

‘This is not acceptable.
I’m not going to stand for it.
I do not need to justify myself.’

If someone’s behavior feels off, the likelihood is that it is off.

You need to communicate clearly with love what is right and not right for you. You must understand what is your responsibility and what is not, what is acceptable and what is not, and be able to articulate that and hold it vibrationally for yourself.

 

 

And then there is the topic of jealousy. It may come at you, Diva, especially when you shine so brightly. Recognise jealousy for what it is, ensure you have a protective space and dissolve it with your Diva light. Use it as a loving weapon to take up even more space and fill it with your glowing essence. If people feel threatened by you, that’s okay. Send them love, but don’t dampen or dim your light in order to fit in.

Leaders do not fit in. Leaders take up space and honor their desire for self-expression. You, Diva, are a leader! You’re not here to be a carbon copy version of anyone else. You don’t need to try to fit in because when you find your tribe, you don’t need to be anything but your true self.

Be mindful of where you may be making someone else’s judgment, pain or triggers your poison and deflect them. Remember: don’t take it on!

Let’s get lusciously clear, Diva! Sitting in fear of being rejected, attacked, hated, ostracised and harshly judged and all that jazz ain’t going to get you very far in your empire.

I see so many women sitting in fear of being seen … and it keeps them in the vibration of discounting themselves and their holy divine power and potent healing abilities, constriction and, let’s get real, underearning and poverty!

Women have been fed a myth for lifetimes that, in order to survive, they need to be silent, not take up too much space, fit in and get along. We judge and attack each other because of our deep wounds, and we drag one another into that way of being without even realising it.

We want to love each other, but we let our wounds get in the way, and it’s this type of conditioning that keeps us small and in scarcity. And it damn well isn’t fun!

I hold zero, nada, not a skerrick of shame around making more money. Why? Because money—when used for nourishing our families and ourselves, to pay forward, for radical change and healing on the planet—is a sacred and powerful tool. Being empowered in this way is about a sacred alignment with money and embodying a frequency of love.

If there is one thing you commit to today, make it this: make a sacred vow to yourself in this very moment to dissolve, eradicate and burn down the shame around making money online, and RISE up in all your holy Diva glory.

 

 

Here’s the truth … others’ opinions of us are literally a projection of their own self-worth.

I LOVE and adore myself, and I’m done with the self-attack because enough is enough!

Come on, wakey wakey: STOP being disempowered! Stop waiting for people to validate and approve of you in order for you to take your rightful place as a divine leader Diva who takes full responsibility for her life. It is NOT THEIR JOB!

Not giving a sh#t about what other people think of you is an act of divine service.

When you continually engage in suffering, it will take you off path, diminish your life force, put your frequency in the toilet and keep you stuck in the vibration of victimhood. It’s utter CHAOS!

To shift it, you must change your perception and make a choice to honor yourself.  Witness, learn, grow and evolve, and it will shift your wellbeing, metabolism and bank account into limitless richness.

You are here to be a QUEEN, not a damsel in distress. It’s time to shapeshift your reality, take a stand and rescue yourself. Give up the victimhood, the perpetuation of suffering, and let your outdated stories go.

You can’t shift into a new place of consciousness if you’re stuck in suppressive, exhausted, and dragging-your-feet mode. You’ve gotta turn up the volume and RAMP up the action, Diva!

I bask in the passion and excitement of service like a bikini model at the beach. Every day I feel more pleasure and fun literally pouring into my being. What’s my secret? I stopped giving a flying eff what others think of me!

Coming from the vibration of ‘Am I good enough?’ and ‘Will I be well-received?’ is going to shut down your ability to serve at your highest and create an impoverished state of being. When I was in a real funk, I focused on service. How am I going to serve? How can I show up more? This literally catapulted me into lushness and out of fight or flight mode, insecurity and feelings of not enoughness.

Ask yourself this, Diva:

Are you yo-yoing between ‘I’m a powerful creatrix’ to ‘I’m not a powerful creatrix’?
Is there an ebb and flow between completely trusting yourself and then discounting yourself?

It’s okay if you are doing this, but healing this pattern starts with awareness. Then ground into your essence and chant from your pussy, ‘I’ve really got this! I trust my truth! I exude and embody my creatrix power to sell and serve!’

Let go of the shame blame game … IT HAS TO GO! Take a risk, do things differently, get support and most importantly do your work (and life) from a place of fun, pleasure and lushness.

Today is as good a day as any to UPLEVEL by checking in with your vibration and frequency.

Your sales are a mirror of where your vibration and frequency are at, Diva!

It requires a tremendous amount of courage to not give a flying eff about the outcome of a sale. I invite you to sit with that for a moment, Diva.

Before I get on a sales call, I set a lush intention, and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the sale or the money, honey. My intention is to have a very deep heart and soul connection with my prospective client, so she feels deeply held and witnessed.

I used to worry way too much about what people thought of me. I would literally shrink back. I made a sacred vow to change and approach everything in my world with Diva light: I channel divinity, download epic guidance and propel it forward sharing the information with laser-focused clarity and divine expression. When I go into a sacred space to serve my prospective client, I know when to be strong and when to pull back. I tune into their vibration to share what they need in order to bring heightened consciousness and am completely detached from the outcome.

Clients don’t give us wealth … wealth comes from our frequency and love within!

Your frequency must be high vibrational, open and loving. When you come from that place, you’re full and working from a sense of divine overflow.

Never mind if you’re experiencing rejections: everything is divine and sacred, so praise the experience and release it with love. Expand yourself by asking, ‘If this was for my highest good, what do I need to heal? What is the lesson I need to learn?’

When women come to work with me, it is a deep soul contract and it flows like sunlight to the earth. There is NO FORCE whatsoever! And remember this: nothing will repel a client more than lack of respect for yourself and for them.
