I’m channeling my inner Queen 👑 as I pull the curtain back on the 5 non-negotiable steps you need to take if you want to overcome the vicious, soul-sucking cycle of underearning, undervaluing and undercharging forever!

1. Step Into Your Brilliance, Beautiful ✨

Check your insecurities and fears at the door, darling! You’re a magnificent creation of the Universe, and you need to own it.

Write down 5 to 10 core characteristics that make you who you are. Own your talent, glory and superpowers—shame free. If you want to stand out and be seen, it starts with seeing yourself with LOVE ❤️ and REVERENCE. I call this the:

I-AM-A-FREAKIN’-RICH-DIVA PROCESS. 😍

Next, focus on the transformations you’ve helped birth for your clients already. Carve out time to take stock of your contribution, own the outcomes you’ve helped to co-create, and then celebrate your true brilliance.

Remember, playing small has got to go ‘bye-bye’ 👋 if you want to shine online, serve and make a mint.

Remain humble, but show people who you are. Your dream clients are just waiting for you to show up and lead, and you’re certainly not going to do that by staying trapped in your ‘not enoughness’ and hiding your talent away.

Let’s throw all that crap to the curb, sista!

OK, take a breath and right now — in this very moment — decide to fully claim who you are for yourself. 💃

When you own who you are, it creates a new energetic frequency and alignment for you, your business and your clients.

If you want to become magnetic 🧲 to new business, you need this non-negotiable step down.

2. Ditch the ‘Not Enough-ness’ Scripts, Sweetheart 🙅‍♀️

I didn’t go from selling $150 sessions to making over a million in 2 years without working long and hard on ditching the pre-written money scripts that played on loop in my mind.

And, here’s another thing… you don’t have to be born into poverty to have poor money beliefs. I wasn’t born poor. In fact, both my parents are entrepreneurs and, even though they’re both high achievers, a scarcity mindset around money, abundance and flow remained. 💸

What is your offer, gorgeous? What is it that you really do? What problem do you solve?

Answer these three questions in one sentence in the most clear, powerful way—and own what you do. 💞

When people ask you what you offer, say this sentence with pride and keep honing it as you go along.

Remember, perfection isn’t the goal: positioning is.

Here are a few examples…

💎 I activate entrepreneurs to make money online in a matter of days.
💎 I clear out the junk in your trunk, so you can create high-end programs that make bank and serve the world.
💎 I help heart-aligned entrepreneurs move from being anonymous to online superstars.

Of course, you won’t be able to fit everything you do into one sentence. That’s not the point. This is about capturing the essence of your work to ensure that your ideal clients know how you can serve them, in just a few words by rocking your clarity and owning what you do.

Write this down ✍️, and then test it out.

You can always go back and revise it later. Be clear and succinct; otherwise, you’ll never remember it.

4. Ditch the fear and SPEAK with COURAGE 🗣️

Diva, it’s time to expand, release and let go of the fear, doubts and negative self-talk that keep you stuck and stagnating.

You need to turn up the volume 🔊 on self-love, radiate brilliance and be your best self ever.

Sure, fear may raise its ugly head every now and then, but you need to slay it and stay true to yourself by expanding your self-belief, sista!

I can tell you for sure that once you truly commit, despite any fear you may be feeling, you’ll completely set a divine, new reality for yourself. ✨ Step by step, day by day, you will become stronger and more empowered. I walked into my favorite store to replace a pair of $1200 leather pants that were too tight on just one leg!

Either the person who made my pants was drunk, or I have one leg that’s fatter than the other. LOL 😛

The sales lady ushered me into a changing room and within seconds I had this, ‘oh, fuck it!’ moment — the moment when you go wild and flip the middle finger to constriction, restriction, and behaving like a good girl!
