Many women fail to realize that the power, magic and momentum (and yes money, honey) comes when you take a step forward. No matter how small it may seem, the action and energy creates huge shifts. HUGE freakin’ shifts.

So have your vision and your big plan, so you know where you’re going. Then break it down into concrete steps and then take one step after the other. Don’t get weighed down by how much further you have to go. That will only drag you down into overwhelm. Step by step. Day by day. That’s how fortunes are built.

Just start. NOW.

And here’s what happens…..

The moment you begin to take the smallest strides, is the moment you begin to create momentum. Those small steps are in fact monumental because without them you can’t get to where you want to go. They’re the building blocks of your big vision. They’re critical to your success.

How to release stuck energy & psychic attacks (in one simple ritual)

I don’t know about you, but some days I get so lethargic and “stuck” feeling… for no apparent reason.

You might be thinking it’s Mercury Retrograde, planets are out of alignment – and everything just seems to be too hard, overwhelming, and exhausting.

You secretly want to crawl in to bed and not get out for the next 2 weeks while this whole chaos passes you by!

But business is calling, your children are calling, and life is calling you to a million different things that demand your attention.

So what is really going on here, and how can you get back to your luminous, divinely inspired self?
What I’ve found for myself is that stuck energy is often the result of:

Past drama
Family contention
A lack of forgiveness of self and others
Resentments
Energetic enmeshment (When people can energetically and unknowingly hook into your energy and often we are allowing them to do it)

And a lot of this is totally unconscious.

Let’s take energetic enmeshment as an example…

If you walk into a store and have a conversation with someone, people can often sort of ‘hook on’ to your energy. Or perhaps you manage a large group of people in an office, or work with a lot of clients with a coach. The same kind of thing happens there.

I know for myself, clearing my energy makes me a better strategist, coach, friend and wife! It’s like having a super powered energy detox in under a minute!

And no one means to do this, necessarily.

It’s not like it’s coming from a bad place, or anyone’s trying to be harmful or ‘voodoo’-ish… though some people in your life CAN send a lot of toxic energy, judgment, jealousy your way.

(You probably know who I’m talking about here!)

In order to clear all that heaviness, and come back to a space of your true inherent power and nature, it’s important to clear and cleanse your energy.

The following ritual is going to take this even a step further. It will also deal with any psychic attacks (past, present and even going into the future).

Bear with me, as this is a bit woo-woo…

Whether you believe it or not on any level, I invite you to just TRY this ritual, because it’s certainly not going to bring you any harm.

There’s a lot of the energy that we don’t understand. But if we look at quantum physics, we know that everything is energy.

Every thought… every thought that someone else has that comes into your energetic space… every feeling… every emotion.

This ritual has served me incredibly well, and I invite you to practice it everyday.

All you need to do is come into a really beautiful and quiet space, and say the following out loud:

Dear Creator of all that is…

Please release – with ease and grace – all cords, contracts, obligations, commitments, resentments, jealousies, fears, attachments, and responsibilities that are not mine, from the past – going way back to past lives – to the present, and into the future.

With ease, love and grace, I now send love to every single cell of my being, and I send radiant love out into the world. And in this moment, I drop any attachment that is not bringing me into my highest realm of consciousness. I am loved, I am whole, I am now glowing at the highest frequency of love and abundance.
