Oh the conversation we need to have today, %FIRSTNAME%.

I wasn’t going to just shut up and hide. I wasn’t going to allow myself to just think about this and stay pondering in my cocoon. No, I wanted to come to you, speak up, and share.

I am a divine leader of the light, and I am here to ensure that women do not remain victims.

I’m not here to blame or shame anyone…speaking up is not about pointing fingers.

Here’s what I’ve picked up through this whole Tony Robbins thing.

Sometimes people who are so called ‘leaders’ just cannot hold space in the way that allows a woman (or a man!) to share their pain and their struggles.

In order to heal our own deep, sacred wounds, a purification of the soul is needed. Safe spaces where we can be held and seen are needed.

Divine woman, we are not to be called ‘victims’ just because we are sharing the truth of what has happened to us!

There is so much power in your story and healing. Today I’m sharing more of my own and offering a sacred space for us to rise above the shame so we may speak up.

We will not be silenced!

We are calling for change.

Women must speak up without retribution, silence only perpetuates the abuse, victimhood and chronic suffering — not to mention mental illness. This must end.

It’s time to be radically honest with yourself — what you’re doing isn’t working, and it’s frustrating as F&#$!!!

So how do you make it work?

If you want to have $100K, $200K, $1M, or even $5M months, you must have the cash flow necessary to invest in ads, support, a team, and the systems needed to get here.

Your vibrational energy and thinking must be dialed into what you desire to create; otherwise, you’ll just continue to spin your wheels and feel like hell.

To be a leader in your industry, you must show up consistently and invite your audience to do the work that is required for them to heal and transform.

Remember, Diva, your audience needs to know

– Who you are

– What you stand for

– What you do

First, you have to know this about yourself. Otherwise, you will not be able to sell!

If you’re not clearly articulating this to your audience, it’s time to get clear and start speaking up — and you don’t have to do it alone!

Silencing your truth and hiding behind an energetic veil to keep yourself safe and unseen will not make you the big bucks; it will only keep you in suffering. I have gone through such incredible suffering in the past, but I just don’t have the time for that any longer — I’m too busy serving and building big, beautiful, divine femme empires!

I’ve been writing a lot, and I thought I would share this before I leave for my holiday. I can’t wait for some time for myself, enjoying laughter and stillness while being present with the potent power of the divine … and enjoying the bliss of a heck load of massages! I’ve shed a million tears about leaving Aria for so many reasons. I’ve done a shizz load of healing work just to give myself this space! HOLY MOLY! But that is part of the journey, I know.

And now for my share … this is my invocation, my heart and my work. 

I pray that you see your LIGHT and own it so deeply that your LOVE inspires others to embrace their light. This is how I live. I refuse to cower, distort and lower my vibration to make others feel more comfortable. I pray instead that they may feel so uncomfortable in my expression of love and self-honoring—in my way of being—that it awakens their own power. 

My rising is a conscious act for myself and all women. It serves me because it provides the platform for the expansion of all others.This journey makes me feel incredible, yet deeply humbled, by the beauty that flows in my soul and life as a direct result of my potent, unwavering energy and commitment to femme ascension and global healing. It’s not easy, but no one ever said it would be. I’m at peace with that. It’s a powerful act and invocation to take as many women as I can with me. The journey itself has made me strong, clear and deeply in tune with myself, as I rise above my wounds and embrace my rapid evolution. Don’t be fooled by my position: I’ve had to work diligently to release a truck load of karmic pain to be here. It’s a journey you can’t avoid if you’ve made a vow to ascend to a higher dimension.

This is a new era of divine femme medicine. She is coming home to her voice, her power and her innate holy essence. It’s time. We’ve spent lifetimes suffering. No more. You have a choice now to awaken to the sacred power within, to heal your wounds and rise. The alternative is nothing less than continued suffering. Ascension and a new reality require a conscious commitment to yourself. It will take work, but when you return to yourself, you’ll be living in a completely enlivened, potent-as-F#CK dimension.

Five steps seemed like a mile.

I couldn’t make the five steps across my chic, cubicle-sized, NoHo apartment to pee.

To say I was a workaholic was an understatement. Fear ruled my life with an iron fist and drove me into a work-hustle-frenzy. This time, though, the fear had burned out my adrenals, and I had to face the fact that I was completely drained, utterly fatigued, and burned the eff out.
