This is Randina, a powerful teacher, healer, and transformation queen, and she runs an incredible business.

I recently interviewed her about the experience. Here’s what she said.

 

Randina:

Even before I met you, I had my vision board, I had my plan, I had my desire, I knew what my purpose was, and I remember saying, I know there’s someone out there who speaks my language and can help me. Please align me with her. And it was that night when I was on Facebook that I saw one of your ads.

Some people are intimidated by my raw fierceness. Can you explain what it was like to work with me? Am I all one level or….? How do I actually come across?

Randina:

I had to stop being scared of people’s reaction. That was number one. That’s an old-world limiting belief system you pick up when you’re a child that’s going to keep you stuck in poverty.

The truth is, if you offend them, you’re their divine appointment. They needed to be offended. People are reacting only to their triggers.

 

Ingrid:

Absolutely! The divine appointment is that divine message that they needed to hear. They can either learn from it and grow from it and up-level, or they can stay in blame and victimhood.

If someone was thinking to work with me as a strategist for their business, what would you say to them?

 

Randina:

I would say that if they didn’t, they’d be f#cking stupid. That’s what I’m going to say, honestly. I’m not kidding. The minute you say yes to yourself, you say yes to the universe. You show how serious you are. And you’re going to be rewarded because that’s what happens when you show up for yourself. You’re suddenly immersed in the support that you didn’t have before and now you feel like you can do anything because you’re a fierce woman. You’re a strong woman, Ingrid, and when other women step into your energy field they also feel that activated within themselves.

Dance and sell your booty off—and have some effing fun!

One of the things I forget about when I’m selling, because it’s my natural state, is that I feel so effing excited! I mean shake-your-booty kind of excited! Pump up the volume, Diva, and let’s go!

How fun is life when we’re being way too serious? In all seriousness (pardon the pun), we don’t live long! Would you rather be a flowing, glowing and rich Diva or dragging yourself through struggle and scarcity?

I’ve overcome my drama; aren’t you sick of yours? What the world thinks of you is none of your business. I mean, OMG who effing cares! Get out there, Diva, shine and serve and have a heck load of fun doing it.

Let go of torturing yourself because you’re worried about what other people are seeing through their eyes: it’s BS. Take up space and have a great time! When you step up, show up and shine (without self judgment), you become a magnet for soul-aligned clients and abundance.

What changed for me was this: I now hold the belief that what I receive is enough. In other words, I trust. You can too!  

Stop prostituting yourself by overgiving in order to be liked. Let go of that old humdrum story and shift from shame and pain to SOAR into success! You’re here to be a leader diva and serve and support your clients into brilliance—and that comes at a price.

Sales flow when you let go, Diva. It’s a shiz load easier without all the baggage!

Create new habits that serve your highest good. Reprogram your neural pathways and behaviors and step with unwavering trust into the vibration of abundance and service through honoring yourself and your client.  

Give yourself permission to be ALL of your Diva self. Bring your A game and don’t hold back! Do you see me holding back? When you hold presence, a deep love for self and others, rainbows and pots of gold start to flow.

One of the most holy and divine gifts you can give another soul is to invite them to make the decision to transform their lives. Invite them to work with you and immediately release the need to make a sale. They can make a choice on whether they say ‘yes’ or ‘no’. You can’t control that, but you can make a sacred offer.

Believe me when I say they will smell desperation a mile away!  

Express your truth, get your messaging on point and exude passion. Make an invitation, and then let it go. Hold your boundaries, offer clarity around the transformation, know your ethics, and BE POLITE and compassionate.

There are 100s and 1000s of clients who will say ‘heck yes’ to you when you plug into limitless abundance. Kick your fear to the curb and invite in TRUST! Trust that what you receive is more than enough.
