I sat weeping on the bathroom floor, riddled with chronic exhaustion and the inner torment of not living up to my potential. 😫

My ‘failure’ hit me like a ton of repo’d Jimmy Choos. 💥

The pain and shame of having my company stolen and losing everything I’d worked so hard for brought a tidal wave of ancestral wounding to the forefront of my life.

My solution was to allow myself to make it, build it and not to be embarrassed about my desire for it. Ever.

 

One of my favorite exercises on coaching calls is the $250K Freedom Plan.

 

Yours might look like this:

🔥 20 private clients buy a $5000 package ($100K)
🔥 10 clients join your $10,000 group program ($100K)
🔥 5 women invest in your 3-day event + 90-day immersion for $8000 ($40K)

 

Total earnings: $240,000

 

Or it might look like this:

🔥 33 students in your $3000 program ($99K)
🔥 3 private 1:1 retreats for $10,000 each ($30K)

Whether you run a business or not, you’re your own boss. Your energy is precious, it’s your #1 asset, diva.

 

At the end of the day if your energy is drained and you’re working harder to make others happy than to please yourself and pursue a life of purpose, you will get stuck.

 

In the not so distant past I would have agreed to volunteer at the school fair despite not having the energy or desire to do so.

 

But here’s what I’ve learned diva…

 

You’re walking around life with a beautiful woven basket and in it you get to place opportunities, relationships, and all the things you want to focus on.

 

But if that basket gets too full, everything falls out the bottom and you’re left with a big overwhelming mess (otherwise known as burnout…been there 🙄)

 

You get to choose what’s worthy of placing in your basket. So what’s stopping you from choosing abundance, joy, and the relationships and opportunities that bring you peace on purpose?

 

I’ll ask you again, gorgeous — what do you need to say no to?

 

When you start saying no, you open up the energetic space for more YES to flood into your world.

 

I teach all my students and clients how to apply this principle to their lives and I swear to the divine that it creates miracles.

 

 

Here’s what I’m saying no to right now…feel free to piggyback on this divine declaration of all that no longer serves your highest pursuit.

 

NO shame, pain, guilt, or fear of protecting my own energy and declining what does not serve my soul.
