I’ve put together a quick list for you on the top shifts I’ve made to hit a million in my own business… and they may not be what you think. 👀
Sure, the business strategy is important, but that doesn’t change as drastically as your identity does as you reach a million dollars in your business. 🔥🔥
Who you are as a leader and business owner becomes everything.
👉 These eight sacred shifts have been crucial to my journey from six-figure success to million dollar diva.
When I started to make these shifts, I was still chasing clients and burning through hours of my week hustling with not much to show for it. Now, I’ve activated my divine leadership to a new level and discovered that hitting a million in revenue is actually easier than making the first $100K! 😉
✨ STEP #1 LASER LUCID CLEAR VISION ✨
Most women think they know what they want, but they’re really following a template of someone else’s dream life. Get to know your desires intimately. Give yourself permission to fulfill them. Feel your worthiness to receive exactly what you want. How much money do you want? What relationship do you want to be in? Where do you want to live? Own it, diva.
✨ STEP #2 MESSAGING WITH MORNING PAGES ✨
You may have heard me talk about this ritual before. I write every day. Sometimes my uncensored morning flow becomes content that I pass onto my clients, and other times it’s simply processing ideas and using the sacred space to express myself, which shifts me into powerhouse mode. But mostly I share it! I post it. I shoot videos on it, and it becomes part of my teaching. I pay it forward, and in return my business grows. If you have no message, you have no business.
Honor your voice, and your message will come alive. Stop silencing yourself. Your millions start with a clear as f#ck message. If you want a BIG BUSINESS, you need a BIG MESSAGE that’s not whispered. You need to be heard. So claim it and make some noise, diva.
✨ STEP #3 GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO *SELL WITHOUT SHAME* ✨
I stopped wanting to barf before having ‘the uncomfortable money conversation’ and shifted into a position of deep service. I got on video and invited people to make a freakin’ choice. I started to run my company like a media empire… and the clients began rushing in like 13 years olds going to a Taylor Swift concert.

The shame so many women feel when it comes to selling must be released if you want to serve, soar, and shine your divine light into the world. The secret is to get out of your head and into your heart. Sales don’t have to be forced. The process can be potent, loving, and powerful for all involved—a deeply sacred experience. ✨ STEP #4 DREAM CLIENT CONNECTION ✨
Make a list of qualities, character traits, and lifestyle components that are aligned with your dream client avatar. Write your content to directly address this woman. Livestream to this woman. Connect with her, and she’ll show up… clamoring to work with you. You set the intention and command the connection, and she responds, diva!

✨ STEP #5 RELATIONSHIP TRANSFORMATION ✨
Get a handle on your relationships, diva. If you’re constantly mothering your spouse, emasculating your man/woman (and exhausting yourself) by doing everything for them, and getting into their emotional drama every day, you’ll struggle to succeed in your business.STOP TRYING TO FIX THEM if you want to make more money with grace!
A diva who honors her desires also creates empowering, supportive relationships in her life. Find your boundaries and stick to them. This principle also goes for your relationships with your students and clients. Be clear about what you need, want, and how you want to be treated. Carrying your team, students, or lover becomes an exhausting co-dependent grind that will always drag you into overwhelm and resentment. Don’t do it. Allow yourself to be nourished, loved, and lit up, diva.
✨ STEP #6 DIVA LEADERSHIP ✨
You must sacrifice overworking and overgiving if you truly want to rise to $1M in revenue. Heck even $200K a year in revenue requires you to cut out the grind diva, unless it’s the good kind! Diva leadership means putting yourself first. Taking care of your needs. Being deeply nourished, rested, hydrated, and healthy at all times. Diva leadership isn’t complicated; it’s focused as all eff. Leadership starts with how you lead yourself.
✨ STEP #7 SCALE WITH SUBLIME SOUL, SPEED, AND SENSUAL FIYAH ✨
Next, you need an offer that you can scale—an offer that allows you to serve hundreds or even thousands of students at one time without having to work more hours, diva. This is the holy grail of juicy, sublime scaling and radical, divine service. Without a proven strategy, you’ll just faff about, hustle along, and drive yourself into ruin energetically, physically, and financially. I’m speaking from experience here!
✨ STEP #8 STOP GIVING A F#CK ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF YOU ✨
I started making a heck load more money when I realized no one was going to save me, and I gave up giving a kazuzu about what people said or thought about me.
I became as deliberate as all heck and just started doing the WORK consistently. Funny how much time and space you have when you don’t give a crapola about what others are doing or thinking about you—or about anything else for that matter.
I focus on the VISION.
And nothing stops me from creating it.
Stop trying to fit in and toning your vibration and voice down for public consumption.
Be yourself. Be authentic and stand in your power. It’s your difference that sets you apart, so own it, diva. No one can do that for you.
