You have to claim your boundaries internally before they are reflected externally… especially when it comes to business, family, money, and service. 🙌

Before I had my bodacious boundaries embodied in every cell of my being, I was crawling on the floor in pain, chronic illness, and total victimhood to other people and stories from my past. 😩

The truth is you can either choose to be that woman who is burnt out and crawling to the bathroom because you can barely get up, 🙁 or you can choose to be a woman that takes a STAND and energetically commands what she desires. 🔥

That woman isn’t afraid of saying no to low-ball offers ✋ and requests for discounts, and she certainly never bats an eye at laying out contracts and doing business with sublime responsibility and sacred clarity. 💖 She takes nothing personally.

When you feel like your boundaries have been violated and you’re triggered as all eff, 💥 ask yourself these 6 potent questions before you go blaming others, giving up your power, and sending yourself into victimhood paralysis:

What is this trigger reflecting to me? 🙋‍♀️
What’s the emotion coming up for me right now? 🤔
What wound is it bringing up? 💔
What do I need to release here? 🦋
What shift do I need to make in order to not have this experience again? 🙏
What boundary do I need to claim and communicate with LOVE? 💕

These questions will show you where you’re out of alignment.

Take responsibility for your own energy and emotions. 👏

Stop handing over your vibrational autonomy to others and really go within and make peace ☮️ with yourself.

Get really clear on:

What you LOVE to do and HOW you like to work with clients. 🤝
Your personal value system: list three new standards that reflect HOW you want to be treated. 💖
What you provide in your work and what you don’t provide. ✅
How you want to be treated and how that would feel in your life. 🥰

I didn’t create an empire full of soul sister clients ❤️ who love and respect me and my work from a place that lacked love and respect for myself; it was an energetic shift and a conscious command that I made.

I was over having needy ‘victim’ clients, so I had to SHIFT MYSELF into a new FIELD of LOVE. I had to shift the way I relate to SERVICE. I had to heal my relationship with my MOTHER. I had to RESPECT myself on a deeper level, and I had to make a VOW around what I will accept and what I will NOT accept. 🦋

When I started making a lot more money in business, I was always trying to play the fixer-upper. I wanted everyone to be loved and supported, but I drained myself to do it… as many women do. 😴 I thought if I didn’t give enough, I wasn’t really earning the money I made.

I couldn’t hold energy, money, or pleasure for myself in this state. I had to really look at the belief that it wasn’t okay for me to have abundance and richness in my body, my life, or my business. 😒
