What we see happening in the U.S. right now is absolutely full on and needed on so many levels.

It is both painful and also a pivotal time of change, healing, and awareness for all.

I read this quote and it really hit home for me:

To say this is an intense time is an understatement.

However, we are leaders, and leaders do not remain in their shell, silence their voices out of fear, and censor themselves to be ‘politically correct’ and ‘appropriate’. ❌

We must acknowledge and call out injustice!
We must mobilize ourselves and our power!
We must use our voices!
We must have a backbone and take a stand!

This is a time for us to unite as a global family and for women who have gifts, privilege, and a platform (however big or small) to RISE UP and be true leaders. 📣

I am bored and just DONE with the conversation about whether or not we deserve to be heard and if our voices really matter. Women who sit around questioning their value and suffocating their own power are never going to be the ‘western women’ that the Dalai Lama said would save the world.
