Knowing when to stop is an act of power and self-love. We live in a busy world, and it can be manic if we buy into speed as the only way to live. Unfortunately, too much work and busyness can make us all miserable and stressed!

I decided a few years ago not to drive myself into chronic exhaustion again. But I have to check in with myself every day to make sure I’m flowing and not pushing.

I’ve been working intensely this week. Up at 4.30 am for 5 days full of passion. I’m now in the midst of laying down the foundation stones for a huge year in 2016 with my super-exciting launch of a new CEO Diva business program, plus I have 3 websites to build for myself and clients, copywriting, branding, supporting and the list goes on.

I have my period. Sorry, TMI  It’s a FULL moon today and my soul is now saying: Stop, Honey Pie. Enough is enough. You’ve done great work. It’s time for you to rest.

After years of pushing, I’ve come to listen, trust and follow my soul’s message. I have done enough. I am enough. The rest can wait. It will get done with EASE and GRACE.

Do you hear that, beautiful soul? EASE and GRACE. No need to push.

When fear rises about how much I have to do, I ask the Divine for support, and I take a deep look into how I can make life easier for myself. As my company grows, I just can’t hold as much space at home. My husband now does all the grocery shopping and takes my daughter to and from daycare, which saves me about 12 hours a week.

We have to work at changing our routines and habits. It doesn’t just happen.

I have to get clear about what’s out of alignment and then I need to have a heart-filled conversation with myself and others in my support network to set new habits into place so that we all thrive. If I didn’t do this, I would set myself up for failure and sickness.
As we grow and step into our Greatness, awareness, love and emotional IQ are vital partners. Not blame, shame or victimhood. It ruins relationships and drains life force from every ounce of our being. I have become very mindful not to perpetuate drama in my life because it simply takes way too much energy that I don’t have. Plus, it takes me off course. I have too much to do to spend time creating or engaging in drama! I also ASK for what I need because I vowed never again to ruin my health holding way too much space for others. I’m a QUEEN, a mother, partner, entrepreneur and transformational coach. I’m not a slave. I refuse to carry the load on my own. I want and deserve to be supported and so do you.

• How can you be in a deeper dance with abundance in your life, work and relationships?

• How can you honor your dreams while honoring yourself?

• What new systems or habits can you put into place to make sure you’re not drained and overloaded?

Remember it always starts with you.

Poverty breeds dysfunction and pure focus on material gain, of course, is soulless. We must deepen our understanding and appreciation of prosperity. It’s time to banish any shame around having a desire for wealth and abundance. Why struggle when we can soar?

I’m so over the scarcity shame and fear based beliefs that people seem to vomit all over the place. Don’t buy into it. You deserve to be wealthy financially, spiritually, physically and emotionally. Claim your riches and freakin’ own it.
