My story
Several years ago, I was shattered by the roller coaster of running my own company. I hit a wall and literally begged the Divine to show me the way. At this stage, I was prepared to walk away from my business if I didn’t start making serious money immediately. Something had to give. I decided that I was either going to spend my days meditating (happy but penniless), get a J.O.B (soulless but with some $ in the bank), or I was going to figure out how to run a highly successful coaching and branding consultancy without draining my soul and my finances. After a major freak out, I decided to choose the later. I was very clear about the life I wanted to create and quitting was NOT an option for me. I wanted to make it work so much that I could taste it!
Up until this point, I’d been charging $150 an hour for my coaching service and while my clients where thriving, I was left struggling. After one sleepless night, I decided to create my first high-end program.
I said my prayers and cleared my mental cobwebs. I made a pack with myself. It was now or never. I was going to start making more money with Divine feminine flow. I followed my intuition, started downloading from the Divine and went to town creating programs that lit me up! Next, I started charging $3,000, then $5,000 for my coaching packages and when that felt too small and constricting I moved to $10,000. Now I have $20,000 to $50,000 packages for clients to work with me privately. And I want you to know I didn’t start making money as a business coach. I launched with my Juicy Life Makeover and BodyLove Programs. Trust me, you certainly don’t need to be a business coach to make money in the multi-billion dollar, online education business!

What helped me generate over $100,000 in six months was my decision to increase my coaching rates. I’ve since gone onto have $50K days and $100K weeks. Yes, it sounds rather ‘rah rah’ but it’s true, and I won’t lie: it’s wonderful building a business doing what I love, without sacrifice, as opposed to having a business that makes you feel like you’re just hanging on!
Raising your fees by delivering epic service from a place of overflow and radiance, instead of exhaustion and financial overwhelm, is liberating for yourself, your loved ones and your clients. Let’s be honest… You do better work and you have fun doing it. This is such a powerful up leveling process. If you’re feeling constricted or resentful in any way around your service, look at charging more for your work. Think bigger. It can be scary to move from selling your services by the hour to selling high-end programs or doubling your high-end program rates, but it’s worth it. Spend quality time reflecting on what feels BIG for you and then get to work designing a program that delivers juicy transformation for your clients and makes a motza for you.
Solution #3: Get crystal clear on your desire and ALLOW it to LIGHT your fire.
Without clarity on what you yearn for in your business and life, you open yourself up to scattered energy, often saying ‘yes’ when you should say ‘no’ and even ‘no’ when you should be saying ‘yes’. This can result in being trapped in constant busyness with nothing much to show for your efforts except exhaustion. Overcome this by writing down a list of your top 20 desires. Once you’re clear about your core desires, you can move forward with crystal clear clarity and energy alignment. Next, commit to saying ‘no’ to one thing you’ve previously said ‘yes’ to and see how that feels. It takes practice, but soon you’ll become more comfortable with your new power and clarity. You’ll know what’s important and what’s not and that will make you one empowered, focused CEO Diva.

Get support. Hire a coach. Break the cycle. Heal your soul.
Women often feel they need to go at it alone and figure it out for themselves but what tends to happen is they stay stuck. The truth is women thrive in a tribe. Getting help is an act of power, not weakness. Do yourself a favor: jump off the struggle treadmill by finding yourself a mentor to guide you into owning and rocking your greatness. Just do it. And one final note: Be mindful of who you choose. Tune in. Ask questions and find someone who really sees you and what you’re capable of. Ask, where do you see me going? How will you help me to get there?
Here’s what I’ve discovered – valuing myself not only heals my bank account but heals the world. This goes beyond what I can get but what I can GIVE without it costing me or my loved ones. It’s about being truly nourished by my work, my life and my relationships.
Playing small serves no one, least of all ourselves.
