It’s early morning here today and my life has transitioned once again. I have more space for my creative life. Woot!

Daddy dropped Aria off at daycare, which has allowed me to do some creative writing in the wee hours of my day. It’s bliss. I sometimes see myself playing the piano as I write. Writing for me is a form of music – a dance with my highest self and unforeseen powers that flow through me. It’s a magical experience that I’ve really missed since becoming a mama. Now after 2 years and 3 months since Aria’s birth, I feel I am ready to engage with this mystical magical practise again. Oh, yes!

I’m beginning to also spend time creating my new online group CEO Diva program to support femmepreneurs rock they businesses like never before. As I develop the program, I’ve been reflecting on my own entrepreneurial journey. Here’s one thing I’ve learnt and it’s something that many leaders/ teachers seem to miss:

SOUL WORK WILL MAKE YOUR RICH.

Trying to launch an online program (or any business) without doing the soul work to release sabotaging beliefs is like trying to climb Mt. Everest without water.

Healing your mind is the only way to truly up level your financial and spiritual wellbeing. Do that work first, step into your divine rich genius and then the rest will begin to flow. True deep wealth starts from within and extends outwards into your physical reality. You can’t create abundance from the outside in. It’s an inside job, darling. Your wealth lives in the realm of energy and emotion or thought and feeling.

Here’s a CEO Diva Ritual to help you reclaim your riches:

Start to feel rich by releasing any emotion that rises in you that feels heavy, fearful, closed, heavy, poor or unloving. Invite the divine to step in to support your healing by stating the following command aloud:

Dear Magical Divine, please guide me to gently release all that is not loving, rich and truly abundant. Help me to heal all thought, emotion and conditioning that no longer serves me with gentleness and love. I now invite divine rich thought to fill every cell of my being. I claim the riches that are rightfully mine and I faithfully move into a new realm of abundance with complete joy. I am rich. I am divine. I am the creator of my abundant life. The energies of late have been pretty intense. Once again we’re all being called to release everything that doesn’t serve our highest good. After feeling rather freakin’ funky myself, I decided to dedicate my week to cleansing my home and my soul and body with a delicious dose of quantum self-care. I spent most of this week resting. I also cleared out two carloads of crap and gave away a shizz lot of clothes I no longer wear. I’m lighter and brighter. I treated myself a divine 2 hour facial, acupuncture and a day in bed watching chick flicks where I blissed out in pure nourishment.

To cleanse your life here are a few juicy great question to ask yourself is:

1. What’s not working in my life right now? What is one thing I can do to shift it NOW?
2. Where can I have more flow?
3. Any thought or fear that’s stopping you from living in divine trust?

Today, I also want to share a divine command that I wrote to help you to embody the delicious faith to live in a space of surrender, serenity and sensuality. Oh, yes.

Simply chant this DIVINE MIRACLE MANTRA at least 3 times a day for the next 21 days! Don’t just do it for a day or two. Print it out, put in on your dash board or bathroom mirror and chant it, baby. Commit to yourself.

It’s safe to slow down. I am attracting the most divine loving relationship with myself and all others. Now is the time to be still. To move in LOVE. To allow the silent whispers of my divine truth to be heard. In this deeply new divine way of living with the flow and juicy nourishment, I am made whole connected to the abundant beauty of myself and life. Thank you. And so it is.

To all the mothers I wish you the most divine mother’s day ever. Cherish yourself. Praise yourself. Honor all that you are. Always.

It’s 6.30 am and I’m about to do a strategy session with a client. Woot! The oils are diffusing and I’m in the zone. I thought I would share this with you today.

The process of fulfilling a big dream is fascinating. The dream is juicy, enticing and invites you in. Here’s what I’ve learned about Dream Creation: In order to manifest my dream, I need to be more of me, the real quirky playful me to feel free, empowered and at my best. When I play small or disown my creativity and my power, I feel squashed and unwell. When I’m the full, blossoming, creative, funny, relaxed, over-flowing, straight talking, empowered me, I am free! When I live in my authentic energy, the clarity, creativity, strategy and connections I need to show up with EASE. It can feel scary initially but it’s simply fear to rise. As you begin to live from your heart, you will feel LIBERATED and the fear you feel will fade, as long as you supercharge your life with FAITH.

 

I ask you…

1. What is your dream? Get crystal clear, babe. You need super clarity to avoid scatter, overwhelm and procrastination. EEK!
2. Who do you need to be to create your dream?
3. How do you need to think?
4. What do you need to release forever so you can step into your true, divine power?

Gosh, what hasn’t changed?! In only a few months, I’ve healed my fear and anxiety around devoting time to putting into action what it is that I love, like my songwriting for example, but it goes far beyond that. I’m taking better care of myself, from getting more sleep to eating better, and I spend time nourishing my body, because Ingrid helped me understand how vital this is to my life. I’ve healed much of my fear around money and not having enough, too. My intuitive decision making powers have gone through the roof. My writing is just pouring out of me. I’ve also healed my relationship with men too. Since working with Ingrid, I’ve experienced feelings of complete bliss and joy. On a whole, I am consciously making better choices, which is dramatically changing my life. It’s awesome!

When you first started working with Ingrid you’d put your dream on the back burner. What is it like now moving forward towards your vision?

It’s a dream come true, really. The really great thing is I never thought that it would feel this good working towards it. I always thought that my dream was something I had to have, and without it my life would be boring, and working towards it would be boring too. Now, I love the process and I love how fulfilling my life feels. I can connect with that vision at any time, in any place and I can work towards it at any time too, and that’s what gives me that rush I love.

Always remember, there is nothing to fix.

You must reclaim all that you are. You must RELEASE all that you are not. Today, I ask you to abandon every thought that is NOT loving, joyful and happy. Trust that you are all you need to be. Trust that you are divine. Trust in yourself. As you raise your thoughts, you will raise the quality of your life, shifting and enhancing what you ATTRACT. Remember you are the creator and the star of your own reality show. What reality are you creating right in this moment? What reality do you desire? What role are you playing? Vixen or victim? It’s your choice.

I ask you now, how can you expect to live a juicy, rich life if you believe you are NOT magnificent? How can you bring forward greatness with a foundation that is rotten/ wronged/ guilty/ weak/ fearful/ angry? Forgive yourself and all others as the first step toward revealing your magnificence.

Start anew, right in this moment, and change the course of your life. It works. I promise you.
