How to release stuck energy & psychic attacks (in one simple ritual)

I don’t know about you, but some days I get so lethargic and “stuck” feeling… for no apparent reason.

You might be thinking it’s Mercury Retrograde, planets are out of alignment – and everything just seems to be too hard, overwhelming, and exhausting.

You secretly want to crawl in to bed and not get out for the next 2 weeks while this whole chaos passes you by!

But business is calling, your children are calling, and life is calling you to a million different things that demand your attention.

So what is really going on here, and how can you get back to your luminous, divinely inspired self?
What I’ve found for myself is that stuck energy is often the result of:

Past drama
Family contention
A lack of forgiveness of self and others
Resentments
Energetic enmeshment (When people can energetically and unknowingly hook into your energy and often we are allowing them to do it)

And a lot of this is totally unconscious.

Let’s take energetic enmeshment as an example…

If you walk into a store and have a conversation with someone, people can often sort of ‘hook on’ to your energy. Or perhaps you manage a large group of people in an office, or work with a lot of clients with a coach. The same kind of thing happens there.

I know for myself, clearing my energy makes me a better strategist, coach, friend and wife! It’s like having a super powered energy detox in under a minute!

And no one means to do this, necessarily.

It’s not like it’s coming from a bad place, or anyone’s trying to be harmful or ‘voodoo’-ish… though some people in your life CAN send a lot of toxic energy, judgment, jealousy your way.

(You probably know who I’m talking about here!)

In order to clear all that heaviness, and come back to a space of your true inherent power and nature, it’s important to clear and cleanse your energy.

The following ritual is going to take this even a step further. It will also deal with any psychic attacks (past, present and even going into the future).

Bear with me, as this is a bit woo-woo…

Whether you believe it or not on any level, I invite you to just TRY this ritual, because it’s certainly not going to bring you any harm.

There’s a lot of the energy that we don’t understand. But if we look at quantum physics, we know that everything is energy.

Every thought… every thought that someone else has that comes into your energetic space… every feeling… every emotion.

This ritual has served me incredibly well, and I invite you to practice it everyday.

All you need to do is come into a really beautiful and quiet space, and say the following out loud:

Dear Creator of all that is…

Please release – with ease and grace – all cords, contracts, obligations, commitments, resentments, jealousies, fears, attachments, and responsibilities that are not mine, from the past – going way back to past lives – to the present, and into the future.

With ease, love and grace, I now send love to every single cell of my being, and I send radiant love out into the world. And in this moment, I drop any attachment that is not bringing me into my highest realm of consciousness. I am loved, I am whole, I am now glowing at the highest frequency of love and abundance.

How I stand in my inherent power and you can too!

Ok, I’ll confess something about me—I’m a ‘loving, kick-ass money, marketing and sales coach and badass mystic priestess’, which is what a client called me today. I’m also fierce. To stay in alignment and serve at my best, my fierce, badass mojo is going to be on ‘fiah’, so I can serve with magic from overflow, not exhaustion.

I’m cutting out everything and everyone who is not in alignment—whoosh, gone. No blame, no shame. It’s all energy, and I won’t ALLOW myself, or those I serve, to be dragged down!

So if anyone is not ethical or doesn’t follow through on their word or commitments, and if they bring too much drama and not enoughness to the equation without freakin’ being committed to doing whatever it takes to get over their illusionary fear, I’m moving on!

And you know what, it feels freakin’ amazing. I am here to guide, activate and inspire, not carry. Woot! Such a big wake up call to really own this and not just intellectualize it.

If you’re a coach, mama, partner, friend (so this is for everyone), following this intention and commitment to your electric joy factor will serve you and your clients and loved ones super well.
If my fierceness inspires you, we’re all good and if it scares you, turns you off, or makes you want to hurl, we’re really not a fit and that’s all good. Better to know now because this mama is rising up at light frequency with magic dust!! If this makes you say ‘hell yes’, mama, ‘let’s do this together’, I embrace you with open arms, an expansive heart and much reverence for you.

I’m made for speed and that only works if there is no resistance or weight; otherwise, it will break you!

I am here to raise you up at lightning speed and if you are too, then oh yes!

Success, happiness and wellbeing in my life and business require energy management and that comes down to setting healthy and loving boundaries. To truly thrive, I invite you to write down where all the energy drains are you in your business and life, and then write one action that you can implement to shift that thing to a higher, more loved up ground. Only we can really change our lives, so this exercise is deeply empowering. It puts the power and the responsibility in your court, which is the only place that it can every really belong – within. Ok, so ready set go!
