Five steps seemed like a mile.

I couldn’t make the five steps across my chic, cubicle-sized, NoHo apartment to pee.

To say I was a workaholic was an understatement. Fear ruled my life with an iron fist and drove me into a work-hustle-frenzy. This time, though, the fear had burned out my adrenals, and I had to face the fact that I was completely drained, utterly fatigued, and burned the eff out.

Peeling back the layers of the fight-or-flight, panic vibration I had become so used to living under was not a walk in the park — but it was the deepest and most impactful transformation I have ever experienced.

Diva, the upleveling never stops!

Early in January this year, I was nearly bed ridden with ascension shizz.
